Seneca Health Services provides services to individuals in the Title XIX Waiver program. The program is designed to maintain individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in their own homes and prevent institutionalization. Eligibility is determined by the Bureau for Medical Services or their designee.

Case management services are available for Title XIX participants who chose self-direction or are served by other direct care providers. Seneca employs case managers in Greenbrier, Nicholas, Pocahontas and Webster Counties. Our case managers have many years of experience and are familiar with program regulations.

Direct care services to include 24/7 residential support, professional nursing and behavioral support services are available in Greenbrier, Nicholas, Pocahontas and Webster with program approval. Capacity is limited due to the nature of the service.
