What if I do not want to participate in some services, like therapy?

Treatment services are recommended based on the clinical assessment completed with you and treatment plans are driven by you.  Person centered plans are created based on what you want to achieve.

Do I have to attend all appointments in person?

Seneca can connect you to qualified professionals through your personal device (cell phone, tablet, laptop, computer) so that you do not have to travel to a clinic location.  In person visits may be necessary on occasion due to payor or medication requirements.

What do I need to do if I need a medication refill?

Call 888.736.3229 or visit one of our clinics during normal business hours.

What will happen at the first visit?

Depending on the requirements of your payor, you may meet with an intake clinician who gathers information about your symptoms and how they are affecting your ability to go through day-to-day activities.   If this is not required by your payor, your first visit will be with the treatment provider – a psychiatric medical or therapy professional.

How long will the visit with intake clinician last?

This interview typically is less than one hour.
