Adolescent Services

  • Assessment, Counseling and Referral services for substance abuse, addiction & recovery and also for the unique problems of the Children of Alcoholics and Addicts.
  • School based services, providing outpatient services within the school systems.
  • ADAPT Program, in Nicholas County, provides a brief assessment and a ten hour education program to adolescents who are referred by the Juvenile Probation Officer for those charged with underage drinking/using or other offenses where substance abuse was a factor.
  • Prevention and Education services for School Wellness Programs and other Community groups.
  • Collaboration with other community agencies or groups addressing our youth’s substance abuse issues.

Adult Services

  • Assessment, Counseling and Referral services for substance abuse, addiction & recovery and also for co-dependency, adult children of alcoholics and addicts and family members.
  • DUI services, state approved education and intervention for those charged with Driving Under the Influence.
  • Drug and Alcohol Assessments provided for EAP and Judicial organizations.
  • Collaboration with other community agencies or groups addressing the impact of substance abuse in our environment.

Public Intoxication Services

  • Screening, Monitoring and Shelter services for those arrested and charged with public intoxication.
  • Assessment, Education and Intervention services scheduled after the arrest event.

Specialized Women’s Services

  • An array of outpatient services with the addition of Outreach services along with links to Detoxification services, and access to a residential Therapeutic Community for Women AND their children through referral. The additional Outreach focus will include assistance with access to medical care, active participation and transportation to AA/NA meetings, development of sponsors, assistance with co-occurring issues, especially domestic violence, sexual abuse and depression, and a focusing on life-skill development including parenting skills, readiness to work skills, and educational achievement.
