Early Intervention Service Providers for the WV Birth to Three Program
Early Intervention Services

Intervention is most effective when it occurs early in a child's life.

  • Services are provided by experienced and recognized Practitioners of family centered services designed for children from birth to 36 months who have developmental delay or a condition that may lead to developmental delay.

  • Early Intervention Services are the resources for parents who are in need of support, advice, answers, evaluation, developmental direction and therapies.

  • Together, with our team of individuals with experience and information about the growth and development of young children, you and your family will be vital team members in developing a plan to meet the needs of your child and family.

  • Services that include daily routines and activities will be provided to your family within your natural environment, such as your home or other community settings.

  • Services include consulting with Parents, other service providers and community agencies to ensure effective provision of services.

  • Participating in a multi-disciplinary team's assessment of a child and their family and the development of integrated goals and outcomes for the IFSP.
