Seneca employs a number of professional and paraprofessional staff including psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed professional counselors, social workers, physical, occupational and speech therapists, nurses and other staff. We serve over 3,000 consumers annually.

Service categories include outpatient, case management, residential, day habilitation/treatment, crisis, and various support services such as transportation to and from programs, socialization and general support. Seneca also offers specialty services to targeted populations such as Driving Under the Influence (DUI) education and counseling and Public Inebriate Shelters for the substance abuse population. Specialized programs for pre-school children who are at high risk for developing serious emotional/behavioral problems are also offered to eligible consumers. Specialized Medicaid Waiver and Early Intervention (WV Birth to Three) programs constitute a significant element of service within the agency.
